As a former athlete, Ben has long been involved in fitness and training. He's combined that experience with his professional love of writing and journalism, culminating in years of product-based reporting across multiple training disciplines, including running, strength training, yoga, recovery, and others.

Currently, Ben resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with his Great Dane, Calvin, and roots for all the local sports teams — his alma mater of Penn State holding the crown as his top fandom of choice. Outside of sports, Ben also has interests in the outdoors, cooking, movies and more.
